Legal Framework for Startups

KLA - Kashir Law Associates

Expats in DUS, Startups cooperating with SMEs/corporates, Law & taxation

All about law: In our workshop we teach you the legal basics for your startup so that you can start your business successfully and hassle-free.

Whether you are a startup, an expat or a student, there is a lot to consider when turning your business idea into a real business – and especially when it comes to the legal aspects, you should be securely positioned so that there are no discrepancies in later phases that might cost you time and money.

Our lawyers and speakers will provide you with comprehensive information on the various areas of law that are relevant to you as a founder, and will then be available to you in a detailed question and answer session, where you can raise your very specific concerns.

This session is also intended to address and dispel a few myths about starting a business. From idea validation to avoiding legal time bombs, this session will also give you a deep dive into what it takes to start a business successfully.

We will close the evening with a relaxed networking session.

KLA – Kashir Law Associates offers you legal support and coaching right from the start and is very familiar with international business, for example with Pakistan, India, China, South Africa and the Middle East. We see enormous potential in the Düsseldorf startup ecosystem and therefore support it comprehensively with our know-how and experience.
