From critical media inquiries to financing rounds to the establishment of a works council – startups are confronted with numerous situations critical to their success.
There is a lot at stake, because safeguarding one’s own reputation is crucial. In order to manage reputation risks in the best possible way, tailor-made communication with good ideas and convincing arguments is required. Here, those who communicate strategically stand out in the market – a skill that can be trained!
In addition, you have to communicate effectively with different interest groups in situations that are critical for your success – with investors, customers, employees, media representatives and politicians. How do you convince these different groups? How do you set the tone even when you are backed up against the wall? And how do you build trust when the storm is already raging out there?
These are questions for which we want to develop first approaches together with the participants using different scenarios. With concrete examples, we will give you an exciting and instructive insight into the practice of strategic communication. Our goal: You will find out which critical situations you and your startup may face and you will learn how to master such communicative challenges.
