The 7-Fits Towards Product-Market FitTickets
The road to product-market fit is often messy and tough.
It is of crucial importance for early stage startups to continuously assess their current reality and adapt their course accordingly. This is not a linear process and involves going back many times (aka pivot). As simple as this sounds, it is often a long and daunting process.
In our 45-minute session over Zoom, we’d like to introduce you to our 7-Fit Framework, a practical alternative that we’ve developed and refined on our own startup journey to help early stage entrepreneurs navigate their way amid uncertainty. We will demonstrate real-life examples where the 7-Fit Framework has already been successfully applied.
Other topics will include selecting co-founders, hiring employees, planning for funding, common pitfalls and dealing with unforeseen challenges. Finally, there will be a 15-minute Q&A session.
