Unsere Ver­an­stal­tung richtet sich an alle, die mehr über Trends und Inno­va­tionen im mo­der­nen Personal­ma­nage­ment und im Employer Branding er­fahren möchten. Dabei schauen wir uns unter anderem an, wie die Ein­stellung in­ter­natio­naler Fach­kräfte er­leich­tert werden kann und wie neue Techno­logien und Tools wie künst­liche In­tel­ligenz dabei zum Einsatz kommen können.

Un­ter­nehmerinnen und Unter­nehmer aus der Startup-Szene in Düs­sel­dorf sowie Expertinnen und Experten für KI werden in ihren Keynotes tief­ge­hende Ein­blicke in die verschiedenen Themen geben, praktische Bei­spiele aus der Praxis an­führen und die Mög­lich­keiten und Chancen des Ar­beits­marktes in Deutsch­land und in­ter­national dis­kutieren.

Die Ver­an­stal­tung zielt darauf ab, die wesentlichen und un­ver­zicht­baren Themen der Ein­stellung und des Personal­managements in Startups und jungen Unternehmen zu­sam­men­zu­fassen. Our event is aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about trends and innovations in modern HR management and employer branding. The event aims to summarize the essential and indispensable topics of recruitment and HR management in startups and young companies. After all, good, motivated employees are one of the most important resources and success factors for any company, but startups and young companies in particular need competent and enthusiastic staff to build and develop their business. How can you recruit, hire and integrate new employees in a productive way? And how can artificial intelligence and new technologies provide support?
